The company will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item sent to the customer, provided the original product is returned unused and in its original packaging within the eligible return period.

Failed Delivery: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any associated re-delivery or return costs.

Ownership and risk of loss for the products transfer to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier for shipment.
