1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The smart thermometer is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories (e.g., sensors, batteries, mounts).
The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the order description.
Non-returnable items:
Opened or used smart thermometers (unless defective).
Digital products (e.g., software or downloadable guides).
Clearance or discounted items.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Your order number.
Reason for return (e.g., “thermometer displays inaccurate readings” or “Wi-Fi pairing failed”).
Photos/videos demonstrating the issue (e.g., unclear display, connectivity errors).
Our team will provide a return authorization number and shipping address.

3. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Processing times: 3–7 business days (depending on your bank).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for:
Products damaged due to incorrect use (e.g., exposure to water, extreme temperatures).
Items with physical damage after delivery.
Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
5. Warranty & Support
All smart thermometers include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
